Medical Management Solutions, LLC was founded on the belief that the private practice of medicine is, in addition to the art of healing, fundamentally a business. As with any business, it must provide a sufficient return on investment to the owners to continue operating.
At Medical Management Solutions we also believe that physician owners should be able to focus their daily efforts on patient care and not be burdened with the daily headaches of managing a practice. While a physician can never fully ignore the business side of medicine, a good practice administrator or practice administration team, can allow a physician to focus on patient care and add greatly to the financial bottom line of the business.
We are not your typical consulting agency. We approach your practice from the perspective of experienced Practice Administrators, not accountants or lawyers, although we do have CPAs and lawyers with whom we partner. At Medical Management Solutions, we understand the realities of what it takes to start-up, operate, and grow a successful medical practice.

Managing Partner & Senior Management Consultant
Michael Yoder, our Managing Partner, holds a Masters in Public Administration from Indiana University. He has earned recognition as a Certified Administrator in Physician Practice Management from the American Academy of Medical Management and has been bestowed with their Executive Fellow in Practice Management designation.
As the founding business partner in Southside Family Medical Group, LLC (SFMG) he was responsible for building the business side of the practice. In 2005, SFMG added three new physician partners and moved into a new facility designed by Mr. Yoder. Mr. Yoder serviced as CEO until 2014, when he left to establish Premier Family Medicine, LLC operating under a new business model allowing physicians to choose their own practice model: employed, partner, or independent contractor.
He regularly speaks and advises on various practice management topics, including lectures at the Franciscan St. Francis Family Medicine Residency Program on "Going Into Practice" and "Growing Your Practice". As part of his affiliation with the Franciscan St. Francis Family Medicine Residency Program Mr.Yoder host all third year Medical Residents in a Practice Management rotation.
